Information we collect

We collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, message and information about your music or project. Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, including device, browser, IP address and website activity, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, discuss projects, arrange studio services and manage our business. If you choose to subscribe, we use your email address to send studio news and offers. Marketing consent is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us directly.

Service providers and embedded content

Our website is hosted by Wix. We use service providers for website hosting, forms, email, business administration, analytics and advertising measurement. Information may be handled by these providers outside Australia. Embedded media and links, including SoundCloud, YouTube and social platforms, are subject to those providers’ own privacy policies.

Retention and security

Our retention policy for enquiries that do not become bookings is 90 days after the last contact. Booking, project and financial records may be retained for longer where needed to deliver services or meet legal obligations. Access to enquiry information is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies may support website operation, embedded content, analytics and advertising measurement. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website features. You can also contact us about your privacy choices.
